This policy applies to the OXO-Music website, our store, and all OXO-Music products, including apps, AUv3 plugins, and desktop plugins.
1. Our Products
Our apps and plugins do not collect personal data from users. Our plugins do not connect to the internet.
2. The Store and Payments
When you purchase a license through our store, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email during checkout and shares it with us. Your email address is the only personal information we store.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details, billing address, or any other payment information. Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy.
3. License and Account
Every license is tied to an email address. We use your email to generate and deliver your license key, and to restore your license later if you lose it.
We do not use passwords. To access your licenses, we email you a one-time login link.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
5. Analytics and Tracking
Our products and website do not use advertising SDKs and do not perform cross-app tracking.
6. Audio/MIDI Processing
Our products are audio and MIDI tools. Audio, MIDI, and session data are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
7. Third-Party Hosts and Services
Our products may run inside third-party host apps (for example, AUv3, VST, or AU hosts), and payments are processed by Stripe. Those third parties have their own privacy policies.
